Landowner requirements, permit compliance, safety monitoring, incident review, corrective action tracking. Coordinated site safety matrix across dozens of active work fronts.

Site Safety Specialist II — Utility-Scale Renewable Projects
Led HSEQ during construction and start-up of renewable energy power plants. Documented and tracked incidents, near-misses, and high-potential events from open to close. Reviewed contractor RCAs, approved corrective actions, coached HSE teams. Weekly and monthly KPI reporting. Interfaced with regulatory agencies on company behalf.

QSE Professional — COVID-19 Strategic Coordinator
Led EHS plan and policy across wind sites during the pandemic. Created and implemented CDC-aligned tracking and tracing protocols. Managed EHS for 40-160 employees. Field audits, inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions.

Traveled the US and internationally (90 days in Brazil, 90 days in Chile) commissioning 2.3MW wind turbines. Site lead for commissioning. SCADA setup and remote verification. LOTO plan creation and training. Debugging, programming, troubleshooting electrical + software. Two experimental concrete prototype tube-section turbines.

Field Commissioning Technician — Wind Turbine Programs
Started as an Electrical Control Voltage Installer on multiple OEM wind turbine platforms. Progressed through commissioning technician roles from GE 1.5MW SSB and Salem pitch systems through advanced troubleshooting on multiple manufacturers. Groundbreaking through initial start-up.
