Every template comes as both Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF. The Word file is fully editable — change the company name, add your logo, tailor the language to your site. The PDF is print-ready and matches the Word doc exactly.
A few specialty templates also include Excel (.xlsx) or PowerPoint (.pptx) where the format made more sense.
Instantly. Etsy sends a download link to your email the second payment clears. You can also access downloads any time from your Etsy account under You → Purchases and reviews.
Files never expire. You can re-download them years later.
Yes. Word (.docx) opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages, and LibreOffice. PDFs open in any PDF reader on any device.
Fully editable. That's the whole point.
Every Word doc is unlocked — you can change company name, add your logo, adjust site-specific hazards, update sign-off blocks, whatever your crew needs. No password. No watermark. Yours.
Absolutely. Open the Word file, click the header, drop in your logo. Change the fonts and colors to match your brand. Done.
Yes — within your organization. Print copies for your crew, share the file with your safety manager, put it on your company shared drive. That's covered under a standard commercial-use license.
What you can't do is resell the templates or redistribute them publicly outside your company. If you want a multi-company license or reseller rights, email me.
Every template cites the specific OSHA CFR section it addresses (e.g., 29 CFR 1926.501 for fall protection). Where relevant, they also reference IEEE, ANSI, NESC, NFPA 70E, or MSHA standards.
Important: Templates get you 95% of the way there. The remaining 5% is site-specific — your actual hazards, your actual PPE, your competent person, your emergency contacts. You fill those in. That's how OSHA compliance works.
These templates are designed to pass an OSHA inspection when properly filled out. They are not a substitute for hands-on training or a qualified safety professional.
Yes, when properly completed and used in the field. Inspectors want to see three things:
1) Written safety program that matches OSHA requirements ✔
2) Evidence you actually used it (signed toolbox talks, filled JHAs, inspection logs) ✔
3) Training records for your crew ✔
These templates cover all three when you use them consistently. What they can't do is create the paper trail retroactively — you have to actually do the work.
Updated to 2026 standards. If OSHA updates a rule, I update the affected templates and re-issue to everyone who's bought them. You get a message from Etsy when a file's been updated.
Consultants charge $500-$3,000 per document because they're billing hours and overhead. I'm not a consultant — I'm a field guy who already wrote these for my own crews.
Once the document exists, selling it to 100 contractors for $10 each is a better deal for everyone than selling it to 1 for $500. The quality is the same. Actually, it's often better, because I've refined every template based on real field use.
Because these are instant digital downloads, standard Etsy policy doesn't include refunds. But I do, on a case-by-case basis.
If a template doesn't work for you — wrong format, doesn't match your trade, unclear language — message me. I'll either fix it, swap it for a different template, or refund you. No hassle.
Yes. Individual templates are $3.99-$12.99. Bundles start at $29.99 and save you 40-60% vs buying pieces separately. The T-Line Complete Pack at $59.99 is 11 utility-specific templates that would cost $80+ individually.
Yes. I do custom JHAs, site-specific safety programs, and specialty documents for unusual work (helicopter operations, live-line, HVDC, complex crane lifts). Custom work runs $75-$500 depending on scope, still way under consultant pricing.
Email forbessafetysolutions@gmail.com with what you need. Usually 3-5 day turnaround.
Yes. The OSHA New Contractor Starter Kit (25 files) is the fastest path to a compliant safety program. If you need something more custom — full OSHA-100 hour equivalent for a specialty trade — email me for a scoped quote.

Not a virtual assistant, not a Fiverr contractor, not an AI. Real emails come from me. If you email and I don't reply within 24 hours, I'm probably up a tower — try again the next day.
Fair question. This shop launched in 2026. First review came in as 5 stars. If you buy, I'd genuinely appreciate a review — that's how new contractors find the templates.
